About Tumblr users coming to Dreamwidth

I've ranted many times in the past about how much I disliked Tumblr. It made me nervous, the way it worked caused me anxiety. I closed my Tumblr twice before I decided never to go back again. And now everything happened which resulted in people unhappy with the terms etc.
Good for you, Dreamwidth exists. I've prayed for years for people to come back to blogging (Tumblr wasn't actually blogging, it was more like... reposting stuff and giving likes and, occassionally, posting something yourself). I've wanted people to discover Dreamwidth, to open up their own blog, see the magic behind uploading your userpics and giving your blog a personality. Actually COMMENTING on each other's posts. Dreamwidth is full of kind and artistic individuals so I know you'll like it here.
Even though Dreamwidth looks dated (actually looks lovely to me), even though it's not like any other newer social networks... I love it and I know you will too.
And I see people coming back to blogging but for all the wrong reasons!! Hahahaha. Well, not wrong, just different than I thought. But I hope Dreamwidth will become a lively place where everyone is free to hang out.
