(Not) Friends Only

This journal used to be friends only, but I missed meeting new people and interacting with them. So I opened this journal for everyone.

I used to be on Livejournal as carisma_sensei until they fucked the site up. Thanks to gin for the invite to Dreamwidth, without it I would probably have stopped blogging and making graphics alltogether ♥

Are you italian/half italian or something? You seem to like italian a lot, and you can write it for what i can see!
Well then that's why our compatibility is so low, i'm mostly into metal and japanese bands :3

Perhaps uncharacteristically, I love metal, but I just enjoy the genre in general - I don't know any particular bands (if you have any recommendations, that'd be great).

I've not a drop of Italian blood in me, sadly, but I greatly admire the culture, and I practically grew up on Italian food - there's a strong Italian presence in this area. It just started as a small interest, but as I studied the language & culture in school I grew to love it more and more.

Well, i have lots of favourite metal bands so i can't really recommend one or two... but just if you are bored and want to check them out, i love Blind Guardian, Helloween, Dark Moor, Avalanch, Warcry (last three are spanish)... and the list goes on and on X3

Ahh i'm not a fan of italian even though i'm studying it as optative at university, i thought i would like it more buuut sadly no D: But their food is so tasty :3

I'm glad at least you're studying Italian a bit (though it's too bad you don't like it) - paired with its similarity to Spanish you might actually understand me when I use it!

Yes, i can understand it, but can't for the life of me learn all of the grammar and exceptions and...can't really communicate in italian lol. I had to read 2 books in italian this year, i understood them perfectly, but the oral exam was... :D kind of a disaster xD

Tell me when you try them out ♥

I wouldn't try to pretend that I don't have trouble with the language myself, but I'm determined to improve.

I'm listening to their album "Beyond The Sea," which I'm really enjoying. I hope you have fun at the concert, and thank you - happily I'm almost finished!
